SHIPPING

• Complimentary ground shipping within 1 to 7 business days
• In-store collection available within 1 to 7 business days
• Next-day and Express delivery options also available
• Purchases are delivered in an orange box tied with a Bolduc ribbon, with the exception of certain items

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

• Most of our products are eligible for return & refund. Only products which are unused, unworn, unwashed & undamaged with all its labels, tags completely intact with original packaging are eligible for returns / exchanges. 
• Return / exchange period lasts only for 2 days from the date of delivery. After this period we will not be able to accept return / exchange.

 HOW CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER

• You will have to send us an email about the product at [email protected] or Whatsapp at +91 9312063783. Once your request for return is approved, you will have to ship the product at our address. After receiving the product and successful quality check, the refund / exchange will be initiated.

 HOW WILL I RECEIVE THE REFUND FOR CANCELLATION / RETURNS

• Once the quality check is done of the returned product, the refund will be transferred to your account within next 24 TO 48 hours.
